Returns & Exchanges

All of our products are carefully inspected by us before leaving our workshop.


If the item you have purchased from us is faulty or damaged, please return it back to us in its original packaging ensuring it is safe and secure. We will not be able to issue an exchange or credit until the product is inspected by us.


Unfortunately we do not offer returns for change of mind.

Shipping

We are based in Loganholme, Queensland, Australia and we ship all of our products across Australia.

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING: Once your purchase is finalised, we aim to have your item delivered to you within 4-7 business days, although may vary depending on the availability of the product. 

OVERSEAS SHIPPING: Please contact us at info@hammerroo.com.au to confirm if we are able to ship to your overseas shipping location before finalising your purchase. Prices will vary depending on size & weight of product/s and your location. 

PICK UP: If you would like to pick up your item instead of shipping, please select the 'Local Pick Up' option at checkout. This will allow you the option to pick up your item from our workshop by appointment.
