Hammer Roo Turns 5 - Giveaway Terms & Conditions

We're turning five, and we want to celebrate with YOU! As a heartfelt thank you for your incredible support over the years, we're hosting an unforgettable giveaway extravaganza. Get ready to win big as we mark this milestone together!

5^th Birthday Giveaway Terms & Conditions:
Like all good things there are a few conditions:

1. Eligibility:
   • The Hammer Roo 5th Birthday Giveaway is open to residents of Australia, excluding employees of Hammer Roo and their immediate families.
2. Entry:
   • To enter the giveaway, participants must place an order online at HammerRoo.com.au or make a purchase in-store during the promotional period.
   • Each order will receive a limited edition "Birthday Roo Sticker" with the chance to win.
   • A maximum of 1 sticker per day will be given even if multiple orders are placed.
3. Prize Allocation:
   • Mixed into the limited-edition stickers are 55 Golden stickers. If a participant receives a golden sticker with their order, they have won a prize.
4. Promotional Period:
   • The promotion runs from 12.01am 20^th April 2024 until 30^th June 2024.
   • All Golden Stickers will be given out prior to 30th June 2024.
5. Claiming Prizes:
   • Winners must share a photo of the sticker along with the serial number on Hammer Roo's official Instagram or Facebook page. Participants must tag Hammer Roo and use the hashtag #HappyBirthdayRoo to ensure their entry is visible. If participants do not have social media, they can email the photo to Info@HammerRoo.com.au so we can post to our social media, sharing the prizes won with our community for the purpose of transparency.
6. Notification:
   • Hammer Roo will reply to winning entries on social media with a photo of the prize won and make contact with the winner via direct message.
   • Winners will be notified within 3 business days of posting their photo.

7. Prize Collection:
   • Prizes must be claimed by 31^st July 2024.
   • Failure to claim the prize within this period will result in forfeiture. If any prizes have not been claimed by 31^st July 2024 Hammer Roo reserves the right to redraw a random winner from eligible orders throughout the promotional period.
   • All easily posted prizes will include free delivery to the winner’s address.
   • Large/bulky/heavy prizes (as marked on the prize guide) include complimentary metro delivery to the closest carrier depot as chosen by Hammer Roo. Winners located in WA, SA, NT, TAS or Rural/Remote locations may be asked to contribute to postage costs. Delivery to door can also be arranged if no suitable transport from Depot is available (cost on a case by case basis).
8. Privacy:
   • By participating in this promotion, you are agreeing that Hammer Roo may use your name, general location (suburb or town) & any/all images provided for social media/advertising purposes.
   • Your basic contact details (including name, phone and email) may also be provided to suppliers who may wish to follow up with you regarding your prizes.
9. Prizes:
   • 55 Prize Packs will be given as part of this promotion.
   • Prizes are non-refundable/redeemable for cash.
10. General Conditions:
    • Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Hammer Roo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the giveaway or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    • All decisions are final & management reserve the right to void any entries, for any reason.
