Hammer Roo Warranties
All named brand products from Hammer Roo include a manufacturer's warranty.The warranty period will vary from each manufacturer & product from 6 months - 5 years.
The warranty does not cover willful misuse of the product from what it was originally designed for, nor does it cover user neglect of the product. It does not cover parts that are expected to wear over time or failure to maintain the product. It does not cover damage caused during transit after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
The warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects and/or inability to perform the task as advertised by Hammer Roo when used correctly.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you're local, simply take the item back to the Hammer Roo warehouse with your receipt for assessment by one of our staff. If your warranty claim is deemed valid, the item will be replaced or repaired at Hammer Roo’s expense in line with the terms of the warranty.
If you are unable to return the item yourself, warranties may be granted if you are able to provide clear photographs/video showing the nature of the defect. To lodge your warranty claim please email us at Info@HammerRoo.com.au
After lodging your warranty claim, our staff will be in touch when they receive your email with instructions on what happens next.
If your warranty claim is deemed valid, return of the item may be necessary. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return freight to and from Hammer Roo or an authorized return point. The customer must ensure that goods are packed properly, any damage due to transport or improper packing will be at the consumers own risk and expense.
