Hammer Roo's physical store/warehouse is open:
- 9am - 4pm Monday - Friday
- 9am - 1.30pm Saturdays
Please note these hours may vary during public holidays and/or holidays periods eg. Christmas/New Years.
We will always endeavor to correctly update our opening hours on google for any changes to these hours.

At Hammer Roo we endeavor to get your order out to you as soon as possible. Once your order been submitted and payment processed it is automatically sent to our or warehouse for dispatch. Unfortunately once an order has been made it is not usually possible to make any adjustments to your order including adding or removing items, applying a discount code or voucher, or combining separate orders to reduce the cost of shipping.
However, if you contact us directly by phone we will do our best to assist.
Please note submitting e-mails or contact me requests via the website may result in the order being dispatched before we can tend your query.

Each product listing on the Hammer Roo website displays the current stock levels which is updated every 20 minutes.
Depending on whether the item is in stock or not, you will notice an ‘Add to Cart’ or ‘Email When Available’ button.
If the item is in stock then you may simply Add to Cart and purchase. If it is out of stock, click ‘Email When Available’ and complete the contact form and you will receive an e-mail when the item returns to stock.

Depending on your location, Standard shipping normally takes 3-8 days & Express Shipping between 1-4 days excluding dispatch time which is generally within 48 hours (excluding weekends) for order dispatch.
Overnight/Priority services are available upon request, please contact us for a quote.

You will receive an e-mail from Hammer Roo as soon as your order has been dispatched. This e-mail will include the carrier name and delivery tracking number. For further shipping information please visit our delivery options.
How do I track my order?

When your package is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email from Hammer Roo that includes the carrier name and tracking number issued by the shipping company that is delivering your items.
To track your order throughout the delivery, monitor the progress emails that will be regularly sent as the item moves throughout its trip.
Alternatively visit the shipper's website, follow the prompts and enter your tracking number into the web field as directed - this process will allow you to see how your delivery is progressing in higher detail.

Hammer Roo aims to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days of receiving it. Depending on the freight option you have selected and where the delivery address is situated, items generally take 1 to 8 days to be delivered Australia wide. Please note - during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, very occasionally orders may take up to 14 days to be delivered.
Once a delivery has been dispatched from our warehouse Hammer Roo has no control over the progress of the delivery. If your delivery appears to be stalled and the tracking not moving contact the shipping company directly to find out why. We are unable to see any more information than you as a customer.

Why are items missing from my order?

Occasionally customers receive orders that are not complete, this happens for two main reasons: the shipping company has split your delivery (the remaining items will generally arrive within 1-3 business days), or the item is not in stock and has gone to backorder.

Yes. Hammer Roo offers a Click & Collect option from our Loganholme store.
Customers can place an order as a phone order or on the website via the Pickup In Store option at checkout.
You will receive an order ready for pickup notification when your order is ready top be collected from our Loganholme warehouse.
Generally this is picked/packed within an hour or two, but if it is urgent please call us to confirm availability prior to arrival.

Click & Collect is open to other areas outside of Loganholme. This allows customers to place an order and arrange transport through a carrier of their own choice. It also provides a pickup option to customers wanting to travel and pick up their orders themselves.

At Hammer Roo we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and accept returns for credit or exchange.

If you change your mind & no longer wish to own any product that has been purchased from Hammer Roo the goods may be returned within 7 days from the date of receiving item if delivery was selected, or 7 days from purchase date in store for a store credit or exchange.
You are responsible for the cost of return freight.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s). Banks may take up to an additional 14 business days to process the refund, however it generally much quicker
