FAQS

When does the sale start and finish?

Our Black Friday sale runs from Monday 2nd to 30th November, or until stock runs out.

Will my order arrive before Christmas?

Yes. All in-stock orders placed during our November sale will be processed and dispatched ahead of the Christmas shipping cut-off dates. Special-order items are excluded and are subject to their individual lead times.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes, click & collect is free from our Loganholme store. Choose it at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready.

Can I use other discount codes or gift cards with sale prices?

Discount codes can’t be combined with sale prices. Gift cards can be used as payment.

Are sale prices the same in store?

Yes, the same prices apply in our Loganholme store.

Can I return something I bought in the Black Friday sale?

Yes, our usual change-of-mind policy applies. Email info@hammerroo.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order (or of buying in store) to arrange a return. Once the item is back with us unused, unopened and in its original packaging, we’ll issue a store credit. Return postage is at your cost.

Some items can’t be returned for change of mind: epoxy, finishes, glues and other liquids, opened PPE, custom-cut and special-order items, and anything marked final sale or clearance.

If something arrives faulty, we’ll look after you under Australian Consumer Law. See our full returns policy for details.

Testimonials

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Hammer Roo. Their staff were incredibly helpful in filling my order and truly went out of their way to source the exact items I needed. Nothing was too much trouble, and their customer service was outstanding from start to finish.

Highly recommend this company - I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

Nathan, the owner at Hammerroo, gets it.

Whenever I place an order online, it’s sent out swiftly and arrives here fast. He’s a woodworker himself, so he genuinely understands what we need, and he keeps right up to date with everything happening in the woodworking world.

For anything woodworking, he’s the obvious choice.
