1. Promoter. The promoter is Hammer Roo Woodworks Pty Ltd (ABN 34 658 857 213) of Unit 5 / 17 Cairns St, Loganholme QLD 4129 (the Promoter). These terms and the entry instructions on this page form the terms of entry. By entering, entrants accept these terms.
2. Promotion period. The Hammer Roo October Giveaway opens on Friday 9 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST (Brisbane time) on Thursday 29 October 2026 (the Promotion Period). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are not accepted. The time of entry is the time recorded by the Promoter's entry system.
3. Who can enter. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, employees of agencies and suppliers involved in this promotion, and their immediate families (spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or sibling) are not eligible.
4. How to enter. During the Promotion Period, visit hammerroo.com.au/pages/giveaway, or use the giveaway popup on hammerroo.com.au, enter a valid email address, answer “What are you most interested in?” and submit the form. Each person may enter once, using one email address. The Promoter may exclude entries made through automated means, duplicate or false email addresses, or any other breach of these terms.
5. No purchase necessary. No purchase is required to enter, and making a purchase does not increase an entrant's chance of winning.
6. Prizes. There are five prizes:
   • Major prize (1): The Hammer Roo Maker Pack, total RRP $609.90 including GST, made up of an Osmo 3032 Polyx Oil Clear Satin 750ml (RRP $119.70), a Temple Tool Co “Joinery Master” Dozuki Japanese Saw Combo 240mm (RRP $190.20), a 16 pack of Timberlock GripMate Spring Clamps, Small (RRP $200.00), and a $100 Hammer Roo Gift Voucher.
   • Runner-up prizes (4): a $50 Hammer Roo Gift Voucher each.
   Hammer Roo Gift Vouchers are redeemable at hammerroo.com.au and expire 3 years from the date the prize is won. The total prize value is $809.90 including GST. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any direction from a state or territory regulator. Physical prizes are delivered free of charge to an Australian address.
7. Black Friday Early Access. Every entrant will be sent VIP Black Friday Early Access by email, starting Friday 30 October 2026, before Black Friday opens to the public on Monday 2 November 2026. Early access is not a prize and is not part of the draw.
8. The draw. The draw will take place electronically, by random selection from all valid entries, at 10:00am AEST (Brisbane time) on Monday 2 November 2026. The first valid entry drawn wins the major prize and the next four valid entries drawn each win a runner-up prize. Each person can win only one prize.
9. Winner notification. Winners will be notified by email on Monday 2 November 2026.
10. Invalid entries and redraw. If a selected entry is invalid, or the entrant is found to be ineligible, that entry is void and a replacement is drawn in the same way from the remaining valid entries.
11. Privacy and marketing consent. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information, including the interest they choose in the entry form, to run this promotion and to send relevant offers. By entering, entrants agree to join the Hammer Roo email list and to receive marketing emails from Hammer Roo, and can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Personal information may be shared with service providers that help run the promotion and send email, including Klaviyo, and is handled under the Hammer Roo privacy policy at hammerroo.com.au/policies/privacy-policy, which explains how to access or correct it and how to make a complaint.
12. Social media. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or any other social media platform.
13. General. The Promoter may verify the eligibility of any entrant and disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms. If the promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify it, subject to any direction from a state or territory regulator. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland.
