Description
This is a slightly larger bench pillar drill for hobby use. Robustly made from cast iron and machined steel for stability and strength. It has a true running chuck spindle and a good fit of the quill assembly into the headstock casting to ensure consistent drilling. Powered by a 1/3HP induction motor, Variable speed is adjusted with one simple lever and the speed is displayed on a large digital read-out.

- Set the depth adjustment knobs to limit your spindle travel for accurate and repeatable drilling operations

Your postage option/s will depend on the size & weight of the machine. Please get in touch to obtain a postage quote if prompted at checkout.
Machines under 30kg & easily handled by a single person can usually be sent by courier. We are unable to send machinery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
Machines weighing more than 30kg must be placed on a skid or pallet. If a product is over 30kg you can:
- Pick it up from the closest courier depot.
- Pay a tailgate drop fee for delivery to door.
If possible we suggest picking up from your closest carrier depot to avoid paying residential tailgate surcharges. This can result in big $$ savings to you!

Change of Mind (7-Day Policy)
- Receiving your order (for delivered items), or
- Purchase date (for in-store purchases)
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Items must be in original, undamaged packaging suitable for resale
- Items must not be installed, modified, or tested
Faulty or Damaged Goods
- For minor faults, we may repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.
- For major failures, you are entitled to choose a refund, replacement, or repair.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customers may not return goods that have been modified to meet their needs, for example - sandpaper cut to length, custom made furniture etc.
- Custom made or modified goods are unable to be returned unless agreed in writing by Hammer Roo Management.
- Special order products which aren't normally stocked in store cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once the order has been placed. If the item is on back order we will contact you with an estimated time frame.
- Products that are marked as final sale, discontinued or clearance are also ineligible.
- Customers may not return under any circumstances epoxy, finishes, glue & other liquids due to risk of improper storage and/or contamination.
- Due to the possible health implications, customers may not return under any circumstances any PPE or Personal Products that have been opened or used in any way. Including but not limited to: masks/respirators, gloves, glasses/goggles etc.
Returns Process
1. Contact us first at info@hammerroo.com.au to request approval
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions
3. Package the item securely:
- Do not attach labels directly to product packaging
- Ensure the item is protected during transit
4. Clearly include your name and contact details inside the package
5. Send the item back using a trackable method
- If approved, your store credit will be issued
- If the item does not meet return conditions, it may be rejected and returned to you at your cost
