450mm (18") Deluxe Wood / Metal Bandsaw with Electronic Variable Speed 2.5HP 240V BS450A-EVS by Woodfast

If you need to process larger materials, a machine with higher cutting capacity and motor power is required and that’s why the BS450A-EVS the 18″ Deluxe 2.5HP bandsaw with Electronic Variable Speed of the Woodfast “Aussie Muscle” series has been developed.

Compared to its smaller 14″ brother the BS350D, this saw is more heavy duty with square column welding and enhanced body structure. Safety features including a kick-off Emergency Stop and Foot Brake system, as well as micro switched doors, make this saw ideal for home, school and workshop users.

This powerful bandsaw is outstanding value and a more than capable addition to any workshop.

Features

• Precisely balanced and Heavy Duty Bandwheels ensures great inertia output and delivers perfect cutting and heavy duty resawing.
• Lower Double Spring Loaded Tool Less Blade Guides System is our unique design, adjusting the guides cannot be any easier (Please note the Upper Tool Less Blade Guide is not Tool Less and requires an Allen Key). 
• 150mm High-Lo fence, gives great support for hard and thick wood cutting and the fence can also be used on the other side of the blade.
• Blade Quick Tension-Release System + Normal and Accurate Tension System makes blade changing much quicker. While not in use, release tension to extend the blade life.
• Electronic Brake (Please note this model does not include the foot brake).

Your postage option/s will depend on the size & weight of the machine. Please get in touch to obtain a postage quote if prompted at checkout.

Machines under 30kg & easily handled by a single person can usually be sent by courier. We are unable to send machinery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers

Machines weighing more than 30kg must be placed on a skid or pallet. If a product is over 30kg you can:

• Pick it up from the closest courier depot.
• Pay a tailgate drop fee for delivery to door.

If possible we suggest picking up from your closest carrier depot to avoid paying residential tailgate surcharges. This can result in big $$ savings to you!

Change of Mind (7-Day Policy)

• Receiving your order (for delivered items), or
• Purchase date (for in-store purchases)

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
• Items must be in original, undamaged packaging suitable for resale
• Items must not be installed, modified, or tested

Faulty or Damaged Goods

• For minor faults, we may repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.
• For major failures, you are entitled to choose a refund, replacement, or repair.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customers may not return goods that have been modified to meet their needs, for example - sandpaper cut to length, custom made furniture etc.
• Custom made or modified goods are unable to be returned unless agreed in writing by Hammer Roo Management.

• Special order products which aren't normally stocked in store cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once the order has been placed. If the item is on back order we will contact you with an estimated time frame. 

• Products that are marked as final sale, discontinued or clearance are also ineligible.

• Customers may not return under any circumstances epoxy, finishes, glue & other liquids due to risk of improper storage and/or contamination.

• Due to the possible health implications, customers may not return under any circumstances any PPE or Personal Products that have been opened or used in any way. Including but not limited to: masks/respirators, gloves, glasses/goggles etc.
  
  

Returns Process

1. Contact us first at info@hammerroo.com.au to request approval

2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions

3. Package the item securely:

• Do not attach labels directly to product packaging
• Ensure the item is protected during transit
  

4. Clearly include your name and contact details inside the package

5. Send the item back using a trackable method

• If approved, your store credit will be issued
• If the item does not meet return conditions, it may be rejected and returned to you at your cost
