The Woodfast TH630B Industrial Thicknesser is built for workshops that need serious capacity, repeatable accuracy and reliable performance when processing large volumes of timber. With a wide 630mm (25") planing capacity, powerful 10HP three-phase motor and spiral head cutter block, it is designed for demanding joinery, cabinetry and timber processing applications.

Introduced in 2025 as the successor to the TH630A, the TH630B adds a new touch screen display panel for faster, more precise control. Electronic table adjustment makes it easier to return to accurate thickness settings, while variable feed speeds allow the machine to be set up to suit different materials and finish requirements.

630mm Capacity for Serious Timber Processing

The TH630B gives you a generous 630mm (25") planing width and a maximum cutting height of 300mm, providing the capacity needed for wide boards and substantial timber components. It is well suited to professional joinery shops, cabinetmaking workshops and other environments processing larger material on a regular basis.

Spiral Head Cutter Block

A 117mm diameter spiral head cutter block runs at 5,500RPM and carries 108 individual 15 x 15 x 2.5mm cutter tips with a 150mm radius. The spiral cutting action helps produce a cleaner surface with reduced tear-out while also lowering cutting noise compared with conventional straight-knife cutter blocks.

Precise Digital Adjustment

The 2025 TH630B upgrade introduces a modern touch screen display panel combined with electronic table adjustment. This gives the operator straightforward control over thickness settings and makes repeatable positioning easier when processing multiple components to the same dimension.

Stable Feeding from Start to Finish

A spring-loaded pressure bar and double outfeed rollers help keep timber controlled as it passes through the cutter block. Combined with the robust four-column table support system, the design helps minimise vibration and maintain consistent feeding during demanding production work.

Your postage option/s will depend on the size & weight of the machine. Please get in touch to obtain a postage quote if prompted at checkout.

Machines under 30kg & easily handled by a single person can usually be sent by courier. We are unable to send machinery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers

Machines weighing more than 30kg must be placed on a skid or pallet. If a product is over 30kg you can:

• Pick it up from the closest courier depot.
• Pay a tailgate drop fee for delivery to door.

If possible we suggest picking up from your closest carrier depot to avoid paying residential tailgate surcharges. This can result in big $$ savings to you!

Change of Mind (7-Day Policy)

• Receiving your order (for delivered items), or
• Purchase date (for in-store purchases)

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
• Items must be in original, undamaged packaging suitable for resale
• Items must not be installed, modified, or tested

Faulty or Damaged Goods

• For minor faults, we may repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.
• For major failures, you are entitled to choose a refund, replacement, or repair.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customers may not return goods that have been modified to meet their needs, for example - sandpaper cut to length, custom made furniture etc.
• Custom made or modified goods are unable to be returned unless agreed in writing by Hammer Roo Management.

• Special order products which aren't normally stocked in store cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once the order has been placed. If the item is on back order we will contact you with an estimated time frame. 

• Products that are marked as final sale, discontinued or clearance are also ineligible.

• Customers may not return under any circumstances epoxy, finishes, glue & other liquids due to risk of improper storage and/or contamination.

• Due to the possible health implications, customers may not return under any circumstances any PPE or Personal Products that have been opened or used in any way. Including but not limited to: masks/respirators, gloves, glasses/goggles etc.

2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions

3. Package the item securely:

• Do not attach labels directly to product packaging
• Ensure the item is protected during transit
  

4. Clearly include your name and contact details inside the package

5. Send the item back using a trackable method

• If approved, your store credit will be issued
• If the item does not meet return conditions, it may be rejected and returned to you at your cost
